Keep it offline
One switch on the trip and it comes with you: the day-by-day plan, every booking and ticket, the tickets' PDFs, previews of the photos. No signal needed to find the hotel.
Trvlrr is a private travel journal and trip planner for iPhone and the web. Forward a booking and the itinerary builds itself. Upload the photos and find any one by describing it. Watch a decade of going add up to something.
The journey so far
Everywhere a trip goes gets a dot; every flight gets an arc. Scroll, and the demo traveller's last three years draw themselves across the map — the same map that lives in the app.
Your travel journal
Each place you go is drawn as a small piece of art, so the list of your trips reads like a shelf of postcards. Pick one up.

Every account gets a private address. Send it the confirmation — or let Gmail forward bookings for you — and it lands on the right day, in the right time zone, with the gaps flagged.
Flights, stays and bookings sit on the day they happen, in local time, with a route map above them. A night without a bed shows up long before you're standing in a lobby.

Flights, stays, tables and tickets on the day they happen, in local time. Swipe from Wednesday to Tuesday and the trip unfolds; a night without a bed shows up long before you're standing in a lobby.
Offline itinerary
The trip goes with you — on the plane, in the tunnel, on the SIM that never activated.

Keep offline pulls the day-by-day plan, every booking and ticket, the PDFs and previews of the photos onto the phone. Airplane mode, a tunnel, a SIM that never activated — the hotel address is still there.
One switch on the trip and it comes with you: the day-by-day plan, every booking and ticket, the tickets' PDFs, previews of the photos. No signal needed to find the hotel.
Boarding passes, hotel confirmations, the PDF for the museum — attached to the day they're for, a tap away at the gate.
With Plus: reminders before flights and check-outs, in the right time zone, and Home Screen widgets with what's next and a countdown to the trip you're looking forward to.

Shared trips
Trips are better shared, and so is the planning. One code and the person you travel with sees the same itinerary, the same photos, and can add to both — no forwarding screenshots to each other.
Photo search
Each photo is described for you when it's uploaded, so you can search the way you remember — not by date. Faces are recognised on your phone; your photos are never sent anywhere for it.

Tap Relive and the trip plays back: the map glides from stop to stop along the roads you drove and the flights you took, and your photos surface at the places they were taken. Record it, and it's a film of the trip to send home.

"Icebergs and water." "The tram." "That ceiling in Sintra." Every photo is described when it's uploaded, so a few words find it — with the place it was taken and the trip it belongs to.

Photos open on your trips — each one a cover, a count and a year — and a tap takes you into that trip's grid. Or flip to everything at once.

With Plus, Trvlrr taps you on the shoulder when a day has history — the Colosseum this time last year, a beach three years back — and finds every photo of a person, across every trip, by scanning on your phone.
Travel tracker
A travel tracker that fills itself in. Every flight you've flown on one map; the countries and cities you've visited, airports, kilometres in the air, nights away. It stamps itself as you go, and it's yours to share.

Claude & ChatGPT
Connect Trvlrr to Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor or any app that speaks MCP. Ask when you land, paste a booking email and it lands on the right trip, or bring a whole trip across from another app — without opening Trvlrr.
Private by design
A travel journal holds where you were, when, and with whom. Trvlrr is built so that stays between you and the people you invite.
People are recognised on-device, and your photos are never uploaded for it. Only an unrecoverable signature is stored, and you can switch it off or delete it whenever you like.
Your data pays for nothing but the service. Photo descriptions are optional, disclosed, and never used to train anything.
Export your whole account — every trip, booking and note — as a file you own. Delete your account and it's gone within 48 hours, including from our storage.
Made for
Two of you on a long weekend, a family across three time zones, a year with no fixed address, or a hundred flights a year — Trvlrr keeps the record straight.
From the founder
“In 2008 I left my home country for Stockholm to study. It was my first trip abroad, and I've been travelling ever since. Travelling is the fun part. Arranging it, keeping it organised and finding your way back to it afterwards isn't. I was planning a trip recently when it clicked: there should be one place that holds every trip I've taken and helps me plan the next one. That's why I'm building Trvlrr. It's been so much fun to make — I hope you enjoy it as much as I do.”

Questions
Trvlrr is a private travel journal and trip planner for iPhone and the web. It keeps every trip you've taken — flights, stays, activities, photos — builds the itinerary for the next one from your booking emails, and adds it all up into a passport of the countries and cities you've visited.
Yes, Trvlrr is free to start: trips, itineraries, offline trips, the map, travel stats, the year in review and Relive are free, with 100 photos and three imports a month (a forwarded booking, a described trip, or one brought in by an assistant). Trvlrr Plus adds unlimited photos and imports, photo search, people, the planner, packing lists, reminders and widgets, and a seat for the person you travel with. See pricing.
Forward the confirmation email to your private Trvlrr address — or set Gmail to forward bookings automatically — and flights, trains, hotels, car hire, tours and restaurant bookings land on the right day in local time. You can also describe a trip in a sentence, add items by hand, or ask Claude or ChatGPT to bring a trip across.
Yes. Forward old confirmations, describe a past trip in plain words, or enter it by hand. Trvlrr works out the cities and countries from where you stayed and travelled, and counts a trip in your stats once it has happened.
Not yet. Trvlrr is an iPhone app (iOS 17 or later), and the same account works in any browser at trvlrr.app/app. Would you use an Android app? Tell us at support@trvlrr.app — every request helps us decide what to build next.
Yes. Switch on Keep offline for a trip and the day-by-day plan, every booking, the tickets' PDFs and previews of the photos are saved on your phone, ready for airplane mode or a SIM that never activated.
Only you and the people you invite. There are no ads and your data is not sold. Photo descriptions can be switched off, and faces are recognised on your phone.
Yes. Trvlrr is in Claude's connector directory and can be added to ChatGPT, so you can ask about your trips, file a booking or plan around what you've booked from the assistant you already use. Connecting and asking are free; on the free plan, imports through an assistant count towards the three a month. How to connect.
