By using Trvlrr you agree to these terms. Trvlrr is provided by Arigato Consulting Pty Ltd.
You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your sign-in secure. You must be at least 13 years old.
Your trips and photos remain yours. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display them back to you and to the people you invite.
Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.
A passport you publish is public. Choose a handle that is yours to use: we may reclaim or change a handle that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark or is offensive. A handle you give up is held for 30 days before anyone else can take it.
Trvlrr Plus is available as a monthly or yearly subscription, at the same price whether you buy it in the app or on this website. Bought in the app, it is billed through Apple: payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation, it renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, you can manage or cancel it anytime in Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions, and refunds are handled by Apple. Bought on this website, it is sold and billed by Stripe as the seller of record, renews automatically until you cancel, and can be cancelled from your receipt email or by writing to us; refunds are handled by Stripe. A subscription bought in either place works in both.
Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
We work to keep the service running and your data safe, but it is provided “as is”, without warranty. Keep your own copies of anything irreplaceable.
You may stop using Trvlrr at any time and ask us to delete your data. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
