Subscribing
Where to subscribe, and how to stop.
Subscribe in the iPhone app, or on the web after signing in at trvlrr.app/app. Plus works on both, whichever you buy it on. Cancel an App Store subscription in your iPhone's Settings; cancel a web one from the link in your receipt. Your data stays when you cancel.
Questions
Asked and answered
Is Trvlrr really free?
Yes. The free plan has no time limit and no ads: trips, itineraries, offline trips, the map, stats, Relive and 100 photos, with three imports a month — forwarded bookings, trips you describe, or trips an assistant brings in.
What counts as an import?
Forwarding a booking, describing a trip in the app, or a connected assistant importing a trip or adding items to one. Reading, editing and deleting never count, and neither does adding things by hand. Free includes three a month; Plus covers any normal amount of travel.
Does my partner need their own subscription?
No. Plus includes a seat for one more person, who shares the whole archive.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
Your trips and photos stay in your account. The Plus features stop until you subscribe again.
