Shared trips

Trips are better shared. So is the planning.

One code and the person you travel with sees the same itinerary and the same photos, and can add to both. Share one trip with a friend joining for a week, or send family a link to follow along.

Three ways to share

As much as you want, and no more.

A seat for your partner

Trvlrr Plus includes a second seat: the person you travel with shares the whole archive — every trip, photo and stat — as a co-admin or a member. You can still hide a trip from them.

One trip for a friend

Invite someone to a single trip as a viewer or an editor. They see that trip and nothing else. Free, and it doesn't use a seat.

A link for family

A read-only itinerary anyone can open without signing in. Choose whether it shows transport, stays and activities; it never shows booking references, names, notes or photos.

Who was there

Everyone on the right leg.

Travellers are recorded per flight and per stay, so the solo week inside a joint trip stays solo in the stats. People don't need an account to be on a trip, and packing list items can be assigned to each of them.

Questions

Asked and answered

Does my partner need to pay too?

No. One Trvlrr Plus subscription includes a seat for one more person.

Is there a family plan?

Not yet. Plus is you and one other person; anyone else can be invited to single trips for free, or follow a read-only link.

What does the itinerary link show?

The trip's days with the transport, stays and activities you choose, and prices only if you turn them on. Never booking references, traveller names, notes or photos.
